Yandell Kindergarten Parents' Library
We are very pleased to offer a new facility to Yandell families – a small lending library offering titles on education, parenting and craft.
The titles are complementary to the Steiner philosophy and Yandell’s program. This is an initiative following feedback from
parents – so do remember your feedback counts!
Yandell families can join the library for a membership fee of $10 per year. The cost will go towards keeping the library stocked.
Please email [email protected] to arrange. Soon the library will be located in the foyer.

Title Easter in Autumn Collette Leenman 978-0-473-12460-1 Libran Press, 2007 |
Description This book contains many creative ideas on how to celebrate Easter with children in an autumn setting. The emphasis is on using natural materials from the local environment. It contains stories, verses, patterns and suggested activities. The author and illustrator is Collette Leenman who trained and worked as a Steiner kindergartener. She has given numerous parenting related workshops and draws on her experiences with her own children. Although Collette takes inspiration from her local environment in Titirangi near Auckland, New Zealand, the basic themes and ideas are relevant to many Southern Hemisphere countries. |
